Customer Experience Agent
WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our Asset Management team in the role of Customer Experience Agent. As a member of the Asset Management team, the Customer Experience Agent works intimately with all of our clients and plays a vital role in implementing and managing all of our Managed Services contracts.
Ultimately, this role offers the candidate the ability to provide outstanding customer service while utilizing some of the best technology in the industry.
While technology plays a critical role in collecting and managing client data, the most important attribute shared by our Customer Experience Agents is the ability to create deep and meaningful relationships with our clients. The Customer Experience Agents are a customer-facing team that interact daily with our clients, and are on the front lines of the successful implementation and on-going operational support of every WBM engagement. Being able to listen, adapt, and quickly resolve situations is important to being successful in this role.
Since they are inherently “people-persons”, the successful candidate will typically have a long track record or management experience in retail or in customer service-centric roles at other organizations. They are detail-oriented people who are highly organized and have a high capacity for multitasking. They are problem solvers who enjoy the challenge of improving the lives of others.
At a minimum, the successful candidate will possess these attributes:
- 5 year’s experience in a customer service related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 2 year’s experience with data base technology
- Proven track record for attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
