Telecom Technician

Our team is growing rapidly and we are seeking to fill the following position immediately in our Calgary office.

As a Telecom Technician, you will specialize in the Installation and Maintenance of PBX and VOIP systems, and support our clients with latest Unified PBX and Voicemail applications. You will combine your technical knowledge and installation and troubleshooting skills with your passion for technology. You operate as part of a technical services team, working with other technical staff as well as independently. You are focused on improving your customers’ businesses through telecom technology solutions.

Key Qualifications:

You will have a strong background in telecommunications or information technology. Two years of experience specifically with VOIP systems and basic to advanced networking, or a suitable combination of education and work experience is a key asset. NEC and Mitel PBX/ VOIP systems certifications are preferred, however training and certification will be provided if required. You need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team, possess excellent planning and organizational skills, and thrive in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.
