Customer Care
Representative
Saskatoon
As a Customer Care Centre Representative, you are responsible
for handling all incoming telephone queries with enthusiasm,
skill, and knowledge and the goal of handling most situations
with a one touch approach to meeting and exceeding the
customer's service level expectations. You will operate as a
member of the Customer Care Centre Team and will deal with a
broad cross section of customer and query types. It's a fun
and fast paced, challenging environment with tons of

Major Duties
1. Handle client and other queries and if necessary, route
queries to the proper party.
2. Answer customer queries regarding their accounts,
statements and invoices.
3. Manage service contracts, including meter readings and
contract changes.
4. Manage and report on customer backorders.
5. Enter and manage sales orders for hardcopy supply products
as well as High Speed Internet sales and customer service.
6. Handle order status queries and customer requests for
returns.
7. Perform customer satisfaction research.
8. Handle service order inquires and warranty inquiries and
verification.
9. Enter and schedule service orders.
10. Prepare reports as required.
11. Assist in supporting and training new personnel as
required.
Qualifications
1. Ability to work within a strong team of dedicated Customer
Service Representatives.
2. Have an excellent knowledge of and enthusiasm for customer
service.
3. Have a reasonable knowledge of computer applications such
as Excel, Outlook and Word and a willingness to learn more.
Excellent typing skills are required.
4. Must have the ability and the willingness to learn every
aspect of WBM's business and business processes.
5. Have excellent telephone skills.
6. Have excellent organizational ability, capable of handling
multiple tasks and clients with a high level of customer
satisfaction in a fast paced environment.
