This is where you come
in.
As
a member of our technical
services team, you will
handle a wide range
of onsite printer and
copier repairs and installations.
You will combine your
excellent customer service
skills and attention
to detail to provide
an exceptional customer
experience. You operate
as part of a team, working
with other technical
service professionals,
sales staff, and our
administrative group.
Key
Qualifications:
You will have a strong
background in printer
and/or copier repair.
Specifically, Hewlett
Packard and Ricoh would
be an asset. You will
also have excellent
customer service skills.
You need to be able
to solve problems and
possess excellent organizational
skills. You thrive in
a fast paced multi-tasking
and very demanding environment.
