Are you detail-driven, tech-savvy, and love turning complex data into clear insights? WBM is looking for an IT Asset Management Administrator to join our dynamic Asset Management team!
In this role, you’ll work closely with our clients to manage their IT assets ensuring accuracy, organization, and great communication every step of the way. You’ll help build and refine processes that keep data clean, reports sharp, and decisions informed.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, audit, and control client IT assets with precision and consistency.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, timely reporting, and clear communication with clients.
- Build and improve processes that fit each customer’s unique needs.
- Use industry-leading tools to manage, analyze, and present data.
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team that values innovation and integrity.
Who You Are:
- A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experienced in managing data or projects.
- Adaptable, organized, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
