Ideal fit:

You are a people person, who will possess and display superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills. You are detail orientated and enjoy multitasking, problem solving and collaborating with your teammates.

Objective:

Scheduling of print service requests, service dispatch, ordering parts and processing administrative requests from technicians. The Incident Coordination also provides routine updates to our clients for pending service requests. Functioning as a liaison between our customers and technicians.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education:

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (GED)

Skills and Competency Requirements:

  • A passion for customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Personable attitude
  • Ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in a contact centre or retail would be an asset

The hourly rate for this role is $20 per hour.
