Your role will be focused on the delivery of a best-in-class experience in the WBM Power Bar. In addition to working directly with our client community to deliver ‘How To’ Support in real time through a perpetual Team Meeting, you will be required to exhibit a high level of leadership.

You will be responsible for working with various teams to create innovative and effective solutions for potential, new and existing clients that align to their business needs and goals. You will work with the Technology Experience and Enablement team as well as the Strategic Account Management team to successfully identify clients who would most benefit from the Modern Workplace Adoption Framework or who may need custom training services and content to help with their specific workflows.

The following goals and outcomes have been set as a representation of expectations:

Deliver an Outstanding Experience and Published, Measurable Outcomes to our Clients

The foundation of success for the Technology Experience Team will be the successful alignment of technology and service with business needs and goals of our existing Client Community.

You will need to make sure that the processes that we follow are clearly documented and easy to execute. They also need to deliver a great customer outcome.

Because each client interaction will be different, achieved outcomes will vary depending on the needs of each client engagement. Outcomes are classified as Level 1, 2 or 3.

By nominating and clearly defining the outcomes to be delivered, the Technology Experience and Enablement Team will have clearly defined success criteria for each client engagement. Outcomes will be validated by and clearly communicated to the technical teams, ensuring that everyone supports and understands the metrics for success.

Creation and Development of IT Solutions Documentation

Standard operating procedures and repeatable processes will be what sets our service delivery apart from the competition. It is not enough to simply have the process documented; it must also be understood by each member of the team. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, maintaining, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.

Technology Evaluation

While your focus will be on the technology experience, you will be required to maintain an awareness of industry tools and best practices that benefit our client community. You will bring forward suggestions based on client needs for consideration to be added to WBM’s technology standards.

Deliver Client Outcomes

You will be evaluated on your ability to successfully deliver client outcomes. To determine each client outcome, a 5-stage process must be followed to ensure that deliverables are clearly articulated in advance of each client engagement. The 5-stage process for is as follows:

  1. WBM’s Leadership Team will approve and classify outcomes you propose in advance of the commencement of the Experience Engineering process or during the process.
  2. The Technology Experience team will work with the technical teams and Account Managers to validate and deliver outcomes identified.
  3. The Modern Workplace Adoption Framework must be followed and clearly documented.
  4. WBM’s Leadership Team and the Customer must both certify that outcomes that were approved have, in fact, been achieved.
  5. Outcomes will be published in a standardized PowerPoint template
