End User Experience Consultant

Location: Regina

WBM is looking for talented individuals to join our Account Management and Consulting teams in the role of End User Experience Consultant.   As a member of the End User Experience Team , the End User Experience Consultant will work intimately with our clients and will play a vital role driving lasting and effective business process change within our client’s work environments.   

The End User Experience Consultant position is a unique blend of consulting, customer service, change management, and solution engineering.  The successful candidate will possess the ability to conduct interviews with employees at client sites to determine their key job functions and how their work gets done, while identifying the key challenges and areas where the proper use of technology can improve processes and make their work more efficient.  Information is gathered and analyzed to determine where productivity and collaboration can be improved, where efficiencies can be created, and where our technology solutions can ultimately make our clients more successful in achieving their goals.  Ultimately, this role offers the candidate the ability to provide outstanding customer service while utilizing some of the best technology in the industry. 

Being a “people person” is a critical trait to the being successful as an End User Experience Engineer.  Your daily job function will be to interact with many different people in many different roles.   Your ability to communicate effectively, gather information, and to listen actively set you apart from other candidates, and your desire to help people become better and more efficient in what they are doing is fundamental to your makeup.  You are used to being creative in finding solutions to problems, and you cherish meeting new people and creating lasting bonds with your friends and your customers. 

Key Qualifications and Experience:

At a minimum, the successful candidate will possess these attributes and qualities:

  • Understanding of Business Workflows
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Background in or knowledge of IT industry
  • Problem solving skills
  • Friendly
  • Personable
  • Empathetic – ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes
  • Inquisitive
  • Organized
  • Results oriented

The successful candidate may also possess these skills:

  • Business Analysis experience or commensurate education
  • Business Value and Discovery Workshop facilitation
  • IT industry business analysis experience
