As an Enterprise Account Manager with WBM, you act as the consultative element of our sales team and are focused on helping organizations innovate through technology solutions.  You are supported by a highly skilled technical team and together you deliver strategic business outcomes with our client community.  Leveraging our existing reputation in Western Canada, you will attract and develop a portfolio of Manitoba’s leading enterprises to grow sales through long term relationships based on trust and business value.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

At a minimum, the successful candidate will possess these attributes and qualities:

  • Energetic, motivated, and determined to succeed at building a roster of key enterprise clients in the Manitoba region
  • Eager to leverage your existing business contacts, develop new ones, and establish great long-term relationships
  • Outstanding aptitude for business development
  • IT experience an asset, but being an intelligent individual who is committed to our exciting success as a company will be critical
  • Business to Business Account Management/Business Development experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Post-secondary education preferred
