Experience Engineer

WBM is looking for talented individuals to join our Technology Experience and Enablement team in the role of an Experience Engineer. As a member of the Experience team, the Experience Engineer will work intimately with our clients and will play a vital role in driving lasting and effective business value through the adoption of the modern workplace, focused on Microsoft 365.

The Experience Engineer position is a unique blend of consulting, customer service, technical sales, and solution engineering. The successful candidate will possess the ability to conduct interviews with employees at client sites in order to document how work is accomplished while identifying key challenges and areas where the proper use of technology can improve processes and make work more efficient. Information is gathered and analyzed to determine where productivity and collaboration can be improved, where efficiencies can be created, and where our technology solutions can ultimately make our clients more successful in achieving their goals. This role offers the candidate the ability to provide outstanding customer service while utilizing some of the best technology in the industry.

Being a “people person” and an excellent listener are two critical traits to being successful as an Experience Engineer. Your daily job function will be to interact with many different people in many different roles. The ability to listen actively, document what you learn, and communicate effectively will set you apart from other candidates. Your desire to help people become better and more efficient at what they are doing is fundamental to your makeup. You are used to being creative in finding solutions to problems and you cherish meeting new people and creating lasting bonds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Analysis experience or commensurate education
  • IT solution experience
  • IT industry business analysis experience
