Network and Security Analyst II

WBM Technologies is currently seeking a Security Analyst II to join the Data & Security team. As a Security Analyst II on the Central Services team, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of proactive initiatives and projects directly affecting our clients. You will work on a fast-paced team with focus on cybersecurity solutions & best practices, root cause analysis and automation to improve the security, stability, and performance of all aspects of IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify automation and security initiatives for technical environments
  2. Perform root cause analysis of persistent issues, provide remediation options, and execute remediation activities
  3. Onboarding customers onto Managed Security Platforms
  4. Proactive maintenance of Managed Security Platforms
  5. Vulnerability Remediation
  6. Onboarding customers onto WBM Technologies Managed Services
  7. Create and Maintain documentation for implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting purposes
  8. Communication with Internal Teams and External Customers
  9. Effective Time Management

Experience

  • 2+ Years of IT security experience with progressive advancement and a desire for work on a team focused on Proactive initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of
    • Cybersecurity solutions
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Firewall and Antivirus security platforms
    • Networking
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of
    • Remote Monitoring and Management Platforms
    • Windows Servers
    • Virtualization Platforms
