Print Service Desk Agent

WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our Print Service Desk.  As a member of the Managed Print department, the Print Service Desk Agent works closely with all our clients and plays a vital role in creating an excellent client experience.

Ultimately, this role offers the candidate the ability to provide outstanding customer service while utilizing some of the best technology in the industry.

This is a full-time position working with the Managed Print team.  Duties would include data entry, order entry, scheduling, service dispatch, and supporting a high-volume phone and email queue.  Additional duties may include remote troubleshooting of print devices, various administrative tasks, and various projects as assigned by the Manager of Print Coordination.

Since they are inherently “people-persons”, the successful candidate will possess and display superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills.  They are detail-oriented people who are highly organized and have a high capacity for multitasking.  They are problem solvers who enjoy the challenge of improving the lives of others.
