Strategy Consultant Intern – Digital Transformation

Location: Regina, Saskatoon, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg

We are looking for an intern to join our Digital Transformation Team who is currently pursuing a field related to IT or Business and wants to explore a career in the space. As an Intern on the Digital Transformation Team, you will work under the guidance of our senior leadership team to support our adoption framework and organizational change management practice across our client community, and assist in providing on-demand support to our clients.

This opportunity is for those seeking 4-month or longer internship rotations.

You are excited about the prospect of learning about organizational processes and employee sentiment to uncover opportunities that deliver business value and an improved customer experience. You can break down complex problems into individual steps and can communicate the solution to them effectively to users who are not as proficient in the technology. You have great communication and people skills and you value autonomy to accomplish a goal while questioning whether or not there is a better way to achieve it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-demand live support to our client community on Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Support the Digital Transformation Team throughout the adoption process by providing support in the following activities: Project planning and scheduling, conducting user research and discovery, workshop support, presenting findings, and developing client outcome stories.
  • Ability to parse through large amounts of data to find insights and opportunities.
  • Maintain client relationships to uphold WBM’s industry-leading profile.

Key Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post-Secondary program in IT or Business (or related field).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with individuals in a senior leadership role is a bonus.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups of individuals.
