Welcome to the Connection 2020 sponsor logistics page.  Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions and information required to prepare and make the most of your participation.

Before we continue, a big thank you for your support and for being an important part of this community.  We are thrilled about the new connections you will make and we can’t wait to see you in January!


Please review the agenda here to get a feel for the day. Based on this, here is a summary of important logistical information and next steps:



Please Register all employees who are attending here.


This event fills up fast and registration only takes a minute!

  • For out of town guests, there is a WBM Connection 2020 room block available at the Holiday Inn Downtown in Saskatoon, SK.
  • This hotel is also the location of our Connection 2020 After Party and right across the street from the Main Event venue, TCU Place.
  • We strongly encourage you to stay overnight on Event Day to make the most of your experience.



As part of sponsorship, your organization will have a lit, 10×10 ft booth area in the Technology Showcase. We encourage you to provide an interactive exhibit with “hands on” demonstrations or other similar elements if possible.  Space may be extended in special circumstances upon request.

  • A skirted table and 2 chairs, 2 outlets of standard power, and wireless connectivity will be provided
  • The display, content, personnel, signage, collateral, etc… is all up to you.
  • If you require hard-wired connections, non-standard power, monitor rentals, etc., please let us know your exact requirements as soon as possible and we will facilitate with the venue.

**When shipping has been arranged, please email with details of the shipment.  Lee is your primary contact for shipping/receiving questions.

***If items are exceptionally large or fragile in nature, please contact Lee prior to shipping to discuss.




  • All items you sent us will be delivered and available for setup at TCU Place in Galleries A, B, C, D.
  • Please have a representative available to setup your exhibit between 6pm and 9pm CST on this date.  Additional but limited time will be available the morning of the event if required.


Connection 2020


  • Additional setup time is available between 8am and 11am CST.
    • Note: the Technology Showcase area will not be available for setup while the Main Stage Program is on.
  • MAIN STAGE program begins at 1pm CST (please refer to the agenda).
  • Please have your representatives move to the Technology Solutions Showcase immediately prior to the conclusion of the Main Stage program.  The general session will be directed to the Technology Solutions Showcase right after the Main Stage program.
  • The Technology Showcase will run from 5pm to 9pm.
    • The After Party will begin across the street at 8pm, but we will not formally “close” the Technology Showcase for this.  People will filter over at their leisure.
    • We strongly encourage you to attend and stay overnight so that you don’t miss out on building meaningful relationships in this casual setting.
  • Please arrange to dismantle all of your booth materials immediately following the Technology Showcase.  WBM will have representatives on-site to answer any questions and move your packed items to a secure area for the remainder of the evening.  The logistics team will begin returns on January, 31st according to the instructions you provide.
