Microsoft Awards WBM Office Systems Authorized Device Reseller Status for Microsoft Surface

WBM Office Systems Now One of Only 15 Authorized Device Reseller Status Partners in Canada and the Exclusive Saskatchewan Based Partner

Microsoft Canada has announced that WBM Office Systems has been selected as an Authorized Device Reseller partner for the provision and support of the Microsoft Surface computing device lineup.

With the announcement, WBM becomes one of only 15 companies in Canada to hold the authorization, and will be the only exclusive Authorized Device Reseller (ADR) in Saskatchewan.

“Microsoft enjoys a strong relationship with WBM, they are a Gold Status partner and we are very pleased to be working with the WBM team toward ensuring that their customers are in position to leverage our exciting Surface device lineup,” states Wes Gilmore, National Partner Sales Executive with Microsoft in Canada.

“Already, we are seeing growing business demand around Surface and this move is very important for us in being able to meet this demand across our customer community,” states Ashley Schell, Director of IT Procurement Services at WBM.

As an authorized ADR status partner, WBM is granted the ability to sell and support the entire Microsoft Surface device lineup. While Microsoft has committed to bringing on new Surface resellers over time, only the 15 ADR status partners in Canada will have exclusive access to a series of ADR specific benefits that represent strong value to business and enterprise class customers.

These benefits include enterprise pricing arrangements, return and warranty training, access to partner events, and enrollment in the Surface ADR Ops Academy around business solutions and implementations.
