WBM Technologies Named Finalist for Two International HDI Service and Support Awards
SASKATOON, SK – March 21st, 2022 – WBM Technologies (WBM) is excited to announce our selection as a finalist for two global Help Desk Institute (HDI) industry awards – Best Customer Experience and Best Use of Technology.
The Best Customer Experience award recognizes outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction through established and strategic processes that set high standards for customer interactions.
The Best Use of Technology award recognizes organizations that have most successfully leveraged technology to improve support services and customer service interactions.

In naming WBM Technologies as a finalist, numerous customer success stories were cited. They included the world-class onboarding of help desk services at Vermilion Energy, to a new “Ask Me Anything” live support innovation at Cameco via Microsoft 365.
