WBM Technologies Announces a Strategic Acquisition & Partnership with Vancouver Based Site Technology
JULY 22, 2025 (Saskatoon, SK) – WBM Technologies (WBM), one of Western Canada’s leading Managed IT Service Providers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of strategic managed IT support operations from Vancouver-based Site Technology.
This is a strategic move that expands WBM’s ability to support and scale with a rapidly growing customer community across British Columbia, while also allowing Site Technology to continue their growth trajectory, focused on the strategic technology advisory and security and compliance services that are at their core.
Under the new partnership, WBM will acquire part of Site Technology’s Managed IT operations and clients, contributing to the growth of the WBM Vancouver customer community and support team, with the WBM technical team in Vancouver now over 23 people.

For the transitioning Site Technology clients, this provides them with immediate access to WBM’s full suite of managed services, North American infrastructure, and outcome-based technology solutions through the WBM Enterprise Experience Platform. Clients will continue to work alongside the same trusted professionals they know and rely on.
