The Next Wave of Value for the City
Building on secure foundations, the City advanced into process automation, using Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform to digitize HR leave requests. The new “Staff Leave” experience routes approvals automatically and tracks all requests in SharePoint Lists, avoiding the need for costly new HR software and eliminating paper-based delays. This modern workplace momentum continues to unlock savings and efficiency across departments.
