In order to provide a consistent approach to providing computer and printer services to its co-op members, Federated Co-Op (FCL) partnered with WBM to ensure consistent value was being provided to each of its co-op members.

Consistency and standardization became the approach while completing a wide range of servicing including desktops refresh, laptops and monitors, retiring the remaining Windows XP computers and replacing outdated hardware.
