Any prior experience in project coordination, service coordination, or scheduling of equipment installations would be considered an asset.
Objective
Working as a part of our Customer Success team, the Deployment Coordinator is a professional who helps with planning, executing, and scheduling installations of technology equipment and software solutions. Functioning as a liaison between our customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. The Deployment Coordinator will also assist the Customer Success team with various administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (GED)
Skills and Competency Requirements
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Desire to be a team player
- Personable attitude
- Ability to build rapport with external and internal customers
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Any prior experience in coordination considered an asset
- Annual salary will be between $40,000 – $50,000 depending on experience
