Telebyte Announces Acquisition of WBM Telecom Division to Create a Commanding Unified Communication Group in Alberta and Saskatchewan

Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina and Red Deer, October 15, 2012 – Telebyte Communications Inc. and WBM Office Systems have concluded an agreement, that will see the Telecom Division of WBM become part of Telebyte Communications effective today. Both teams, each with strong reputations for quality installation and service of leading unified communication solutions, have worked in the Alberta and Saskatchewan markets for over 15 years.

Adding WBM’s Telecom Division will create a new partnership for Telebyte, providing customers with a stronger, larger and more customer focused team. Telebyte will compete with a diverse market offering: unified communication business systems, audio and video conferencing, building security solutions and infrastructure cabling & fiber optic installation. All of these areas are “Teaming Up” to make the company a one-stop shop for all their customers’ needs.

This new Unified Communications team will continue to be known as Telebyte Communications Inc. with its head office in Calgary, and branch offices in Red Deer, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Regina.
