WBM Technologies Awarded Two International HDI Service and Support Awards for Best Use of Technology and Best Customer Experience
SASKATOON, SK – May 26th, 2022 – WBM Technologies is excited to announce our selection as the winner of two global Help Desk Institute (HDI) Service and Support awards – Best Customer Experience and Best Use of Technology.
The award-winning organizations were announced at SupportWorld Live in Las Vegas on May 18th, 2022, one the industry’s largest and most prestigious conferences. Each award winner demonstrated both excellence and innovation in IT service and support.
The Best Use of Technology award recognizes excellence and innovation in IT service and support. Nominees included: Clario Global Customer Care, GDIT NIH IT Service Desk, Namely, and SouthStar Bank.
The Best Customer Experience award recognizes outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction through established and strategic processes that set high standards for customer interactions. Nominees included: Acumatica, ibex, Unisys, and University of Dayton.
Throughout the nomination process, numerous customer success stories were cited. They included the world-class and rapid onboarding of help desk services at Vermilion Energy, and the creation of The Power Bar – an innovative support channel delivering instant access to live, ‘how to’ video support at Cameco Corporation.
