WBM’s Esther Pham Joins the HDI Partner Advisory Board

SASKATOON, SK – March 22nd, 2023 – WBM Technologies (WBM) is excited to announce that Esther Pham, Director of Enterprise Service Desk at WBM Technologies, has been selected to join the HDI Strategic Advisory Board.

The Strategic Advisory Board supports HDI by ensuring they stay informed of customer insights and support center and service management market developments. The board also ensures HDI’s content offerings and products are aligned with industry best practices and evolve to serve the service and support community.
