The WBM Procurement team is closely monitoring the B.C. port strike for any potential delays in the technology supply chain. We have been in contact with all major I.T. distributors, and for the moment, there are no delays on any inbound WBM orders.

Where possible, our distributors are diverting shipments through the U.S. Additionally, any purchase orders that have yet to be filled, are being re-routed to alternate Canadian warehouse locations to minimize any delays.

Although we are hoping for a quick resolution to this labour dispute, the potential for significant delays and cost increases are a real threat. Below are some recent articles on the developing situation in British Columbia.
