In order to achieve world class outcomes, WBM has put in place a customer service methodology that is standard training for all WBM service personnel. The WBMCARES program was developed in conjunction with those technicians that consistently received the highest NPS scores and rave reviews from our customers.

WBMCARES workshops focus on establishing a foundation of customer experience within each technician. The program is a mix of presentation, video and role playing as technicians work through real world scenarios.

Through WBMCARES, we have achieved excellence in our overall NPS score, as well as an increased comfort level from our technicians in handling and resolving customer issues.
